In 1 Corinthians 16:9, Paul said, there is a wide-open door. This only happens when you’re released from the curse of the law .

Galatians 3:13 NLT

But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.”

When you’re released from the curse of the law, doors open for you. Your children are released from the penalty of the law. You and your children will not suffer the consequences of generational curses.

Acts of the Apostles 16:23 NLT

They were severely beaten, and then they were thrown into prison. The jailer was ordered to make sure they didn’t escape.

The jailer is the picture of the law which makes sure there is no escape for you.

“So, the jailer put them into the inner dungeon and clamped their feet in the stocks.”

Acts of the Apostles 16:24 NLT

You see, there is no way of escape.

Acts of the Apostles 16:26 NLT

Suddenly, there was a massive earthquake, and the prison was shaken to its foundations. ALL THE DOORS immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off!”

According to the scripture, we are all prisoners to the law. Unless you are rescued from the curse of the law, you are not coming out of prison and no door is open.

At midnight all the doors were opened. The emphasis is on ‘all the doors’. These are the doors that must be open for you and your children. Remember the scriptures says you must be rescued from the curse of the law.

Acts of the Apostles 12:7 NLT

Suddenly, there was a bright light in the cell, and an angel of the Lord stood before Peter. The angel struck him on the side to awaken him and said, “Quick! Get up!” And the chains fell off his wrists.”

When Peter too was bound in prison, a bright light showed up which is the light of Christ that rescued us from the curse of the law

Acts of the Apostles 12:8 NLT

Then the angel told him, “Get dressed and put on your sandals.” And he did. “Now put on your coat and follow me,” the angel ordered.

Peter was told to get dressed because he had been stripped naked

“They passed the first and second guard posts and came to the iron gate leading to the city, and this opened for them all by itself. So they passed through and started walking down the street, and then the angel suddenly left him.”

Acts of the Apostles 12:10 NLT

The first and second guard posts are doors shut against Peter. This gate is impossible to open.

The gate of the city opened by itself. This is what happens when you’re released from the curse of the law. Every gate that leads to wealth and riches will open up by itself.

Revelations 3:8

I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.

Jesus opens the door for you by rescuing you from the curse of the law.

In Revelation 1:18, Jesus said “I hold the keys”. Through the cross, Jesus has the keys. That’s why Jesus said the gate of hell will not prevail over you and your children

Revelation 12:10

For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth— the one who accuses them before our God day and night.

It’s only when you are released from the curse of the law can your accuser be thrown down.

Revelation 12:8

And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

The devil cannot prevail over you and your children. The plan of the devil will not be found in your life.

Galatians 5:1 NLT

So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.

There is a condition for this, don’t get tied up to the law.

Matthew 23:4

They crush people with unbearable religious demands and never lift a finger to ease the burden.

The curse of the law happens when you submit yourself to this load.

This is what false preachers.

Acts 15:10

So why are you now challenging God by burdening the believers with a yoke that neither we nor our ancestors were able to bear?

This is the yoke of the law.

When you are under the curse of the law, you are carrying a yoke that can stop the wide door from opening

Mathew 11:28

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.

This is a burden of the law, and there is no rest.*Oguntuase, a nutritionist and a reflexologist, is a Pastor of Christ in Me Ministry, Windsor UK.
