Two students of Dowen College who participated in the 2024 edition of ARTru Child Art Competition, Success Odini and Abba Maryam, have come out tops at the competition.
While Success Odini came first in the competition, Abba Maryam came sixth.
The two learners of Dowen College joined 27 other students from 17 different secondary schools in Lagos to participate in the ARTru 2024 Child Art Competition organized by BrotherArt Production on Saturday 16th November 2024.
The event was held at the Lekki Peculiar School, Ajah.
Dowen College emerged as the only school with her two representatives winning prizes. Success Odini, who won the first position, went home with a cash prize of five hundred thousand naira (N500,000) while Abba Maryam came sixth which is the last level for a prize winner.
