Veteran Nigerian music star, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has boldly declared that he won’t go broke even if he stops making music.
Speaking during a recent episode of the +234 Mzansi Podcast hosted by comedian Nedu, the African Queen crooner dismissed rumours about his financial status, saying he had made smart investments that continue to yield returns.
“I’m not broke. I invested my money. I can live with or without music,” 2Baba stated.
The award-winning Afrobeats pioneer emphasized that he had diversified his income over the years, putting money into ventures such as real estate, the hospitality industry, and a record label — ensuring long-term financial security beyond the stage and studio.
