Tinubu returns to Nigeria Wednesday

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will return to Nigeria on Wednesday, May 8, presidential adviser, Bayo Onanuga said on his X handle on Tuesday.

According to Onanuga, the President will return to Nigeria alongside his aides from Europe.

President Tinubu had left Nigeria over two weeks ago for the Kingdom of Netherlands on an official visit on the invitation of Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

While in the Netherlands, Tinubu engaged in high-level discussions with the Prime Minister.

The President also participated in the Nigerian-Dutch Business and Investment Forum together with heads of conglomerates and organizations in both countries where they explored opportunities for collaboration and partnerships, especially in agriculture and water management towards innovative solutions for sustainable farming practices.

From the Netherlands, President Tinubu proceeded to attend a special World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting held on April 28 and April 29 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with focus on Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development.

The President was accompanied by some ministers and other senior government officials on the trips.
